Tuesday, December 7, at 7:00 pm for the following purpose:
- To receive the financial Statement of the Corporation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 and the report of the accountants
- To appoint the accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 • To elect Directors for the 2021-2022 fiscal year
- To transact other business as may be properly brought before the meeting
