Our Board of Directors is currently focused on strategic planning for the BMFA. This March, the Board came together for a day-long session led by Elaine Schneider to outline a strategy to tackle the organization’s critical challenges. 

The next step in this process is an invitation to our members to join us on May 16th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Press Room Gallery at 65 Simcoe Street for a facilitated brainstorming session focused on three of the key challenges as defined by the board of directors: Fundraising, Programming, and Member Engagement. 

We are in a pivotal moment for the BMFA. This session will allow BMFA members to help create solutions that will best serve our current and future members and the arts community of Southern Georgian Bay.
