BMFA Plein Air 2026
The BMFA plein air painting group meets once a week on Wednesday. Each week, from May to October, we go to a different location to paint the beautiful landscape of our surrounding area. Washroom and parking facilities are available at all locations.

Our first painting date is Wednesday May 6, and will include a brief introduction to the new season.
The plein air painting group is non-instructed and you paint at your own pace. You bring your own supplies to paint or draw in the media of your choice. It is casual, with no set times, but we generally paint between 10 am and 4 pm. The locations are free, with exception of the lavender farm which charges an entry fee.
We will have more information on a paint, sip and social event for members. A highlight for our group is the opportunity to showcase your plein air work from the season in an art show at the BMFA. We hope you can join us.
