Submissions Open on January 23rd, 2026 for the 46th Annual BMFA Juried Art Show
We’re thrilled to announce that submissions for the 46th Annual Juried Art Show will open on January 23rd, 2026 . This year as the BMFA is celebrating it’s 50th Anniversary, we are bringing back for Adult entries a Fine Art Category as well as a Fine Craft Category. Students as last year will have one entry category, 2 Dimension and 3 Dimension. As in previous years, there is a maximum of 2 submissions per artist. Prices for Adult non members will be $ 40.00 per submission and Adult BMFA members will be $ 30.00 per submission. Student submissions continue to be free. The submissions must be pieces created by the artist and cannot be produced using Artificial Intelligence Software.
We are thrilled to welcome the following jurors for this year’s show:
- Beverley Smith a member of the Thornbury Arts Council for the Le Shore Gallery
- Sarah Fillion owner of the Mathilda Swanson Galleries
- Brian Wall, Tremont Studios Landscape Artist
Important Dates
- Submission : January 23, 2026 to March 6, 2026
- Juror Evaluation : March 8, 2026 to March 22, 2026
- Show Acceptance Email: March 24th, 2026
- Art Intake : April 10th and 11th, 2026
- Exhibition: April 15th to June 13, 2026
