This summer the BMFA has registered for a seasonal booth at the Collingwood Weekly Farmers Market that runs from Saturday May 17, 2025 to Saturday October 11, 2025.

We are providing members the opportunity to book the booth for 1 date as there are only 22 dates available for $50.

BMFA Summer Market Member Responsibilities:

•  This opportunity is open to current members of the BMFA.
• Payment is non-refundable. If you cannot make your confirmed date, the member must email Margaret Schomr at [email protected] as there will be members on a wait list.Members are responsible for setting up and taking down the tent and the tables and artwork at each market and be ready by 8am as there is no cars allowed in the Market Area after 8 am . The BMFA staff will not be on site each week to assist.
• Members must display BMFA signage at each market. Signage must be picked up at the BMFA shop a week before the scheduled market date.
• Members will be asked to keep track of the number of visitors to the table, and the approximate amount of sales made at each market and report back to Margaret Schmor to assist with program tracking.
• Members are welcome to use one of the BMFA market tents if arranged in advance. The tent must be picked up at the BMFA office during the Shop hours the week of your confirmed market date. The tent must be dropped off during the Shop hours the following week. The Gift Shop hours are 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesdays to Saturdays. Please Note: Tents are not available on June 28.
