    **Please name your image: LastFirst_Title_Dimensions_Price.** Images should be sized 1500 -2000 pixels wide on the long side for online submissions. For the in person show, you may print higher resolution images.

    (If your image includes a recognizable person or people). You can download the form from the BMFA website on the photo competition page. If you don't have the form available, you can submit by email to admin@bmfa.on.ca before Aug 15.

– Maximum 2 pieces, must fit in a 3 ft x 4 ft space

3D – Maximum 2 pieces, must forward dimensions to admin@bmfa.on.ca if larger than 1.5 cubic ft.


Information for 3D Artists:

  1. Open to BMFA Members only.
  2. Original work of any size may be submitted as long as it fits within the allotted space.
  3. Objects exceeding 10 lbs must RSVP with a jpeg and a request to show.
  4. All work must be labelled with a sticker with your name and the price.
  5. The BMFA reserves the right to reject work.

Information for 2D Artists:

  1. Open to BMFA Members only.
  2. Work can be any shape but must conform to the space allotment. 
  3. Work must be professionally presented, ready to hang or install, with appropriate hardware.
  4. The BMFA reserves the right to reject work

All Artists

  1. Exhibited work must remain until March 26, 2022
  2. The BMFA retains a 35% commission on all sold work.
  3. You will be required to complete an inventory sheet and entry form.
  4. Delivery and pick up of artwork is the sole responsibility of the artist.
  5. The BMFA does NOT provide insurance.  Artists are responsible for insuring their own work
  6. Artists must pick up artwork on either March 26 or 28. The BMFA cannot store any artwork.
