Perspective Drawing
Take your drawings and paintings to the next level! Robert will help you improve your understanding of how perspective works which, in turn, will elevate your confidence in all your drawing and painting, from landscapes to still life, portraits and abstract works.
You will explore a different aspect of perspective drawing in each class. Robert Pointer will present concepts related to linear perspective in different forms as well as an explanation and application of aerial perspective.
Day One: One-point perspective drawing of a main street in a small town. You will learn the necessary skills and knowledge to apply perspective drawing in your artwork. One-point perspective is a great way to start.
Day Two: One-point perspective in an interior space. Our drawings will depict a living room in a typical home. You will add details and colour. Water-colour or coloured pencils recommended.
Day Three: Two-point perspective of a street corner. You will add details to the buildings and create a full-fledged scene.
