Linda Brubacher

Linda has a B.A. in Fine Arts, Studio Specialization from the University of Waterloo, and is a member of the Oil Painters of America, the Canadian Aerospace Artists' Association, Quest Gallery, Midland and the B.M.F.A. in Collingwood. She has been an artist and board member for the Bay Studio Tour, exhibited in the Coldwater Studio Tour and was a founding member of the Kissing Bridge Trail Studio Tour in Woolwich.

Her work has been featured in Arabella magazine, and Absolutely the Best online magazine for the Georgian Bay area.

She works mostly in acrylics and oils, with some mixed media and embroidery paintings. Her work features Georgian Bay landscapes, vintage and historical images, pet portraits, nautical and aviation themes along with WW2 paintings, two of which have been purchased by the Shearwater Aviation Museum in Truro, Nova Scotia. Most recently one of her photos was chosen to be in the “My Georgian Bay” photo book published by Barb Coxworth, owner of the My G’Bay clothing store in Midland.

She also teaches art at her home in Tiny Township.
